LIVE: THE BLINDERS

The Blinders brought their guerrilla-style rock’n’roll to Manchester’s Gorilla for a sweaty night of punk music. Tom’s iconic face paint dissolved within two songs as the trio were treated like homecoming Kings. The crowd provided a wave of energy for The Blinders to ride, forcing frontman Tom to break character as he smiled in delight at the sold-out crowd’s reaction.

Aside from the faulty microphone, The Blinders were unstoppable. They always play with passion and energy, but tonight seemed different. There was a swagger about them, as if they were starting to realise the anarchy they have created.
