Despite being 21 years into an illustrious career, Stereophonics
still sound unbelievably fresh. With a vast array of songs to pick from, they
curated a set that favoured the newer tracks, with the older tunes providing a colossal finale. Surprise inclusions ‘Sunny’ and ‘Mr & Mrs Smith’ were preferred
to classic hits like ‘Local Boy in The Photograph’, yet the decision certainly
paid off with extended outros demonstrating the quality, class and confidence they possess. The Welsh quartet kept it simple, sticking to their guns and rocking out in the
only way they know, with a shit load of swagger.
