ON TREND: DEBUT ALBUMS & NEW TUNES

Over the past couple of months a wealth of bands have announced their debut albums, so much so it's fair to say it's definitely 'On Trend' right now.

After stellar efforts earlier in the year from the likes of Shame, Goat Girl, Matt Maltese and Tom Misch, a whole host of bands have announced they too will be taking the huge step that is releasing a long play record.

A couple of months ago punk trio The Blinders announced their debut album, Columbia, whilst Rodeo favourites Black Honey are set to release the lead single of their self-titled debut this week. Both album's are set for release on September 21st. 7 days before however, Manchester's synth pop darlings Pale Waves will also take the step and release their debut, My Mind Makes Noises, in what's set to be a brilliant week of new music. Then just a couple of weeks later, Welsh quartet Estrons will also release their debut, You Say I'm Too Much, I Say I'm Not Enough. Boy have we been treated this year!

In other news, we've also been graced with a couple of stellar singles recently. Mini Mansions returned with 'Works Every Time' a couple of weeks back whilst Black Honey,Yonaka and RedFaces have all promised new music this week. What a time to be alive...
